Your complete satisfaction is important to
us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it for a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include the reason for the return, so we may better serve your needs in the future. Sorry, shipping & handling charges are the buyers responsibility and are not included in the refund nor the exchange. When a customer has qualified for free shipping on orders over $75 and the returned merchandise falls below $75, a flat rate shipping and handling of $6.95 will automatically be applied or should the weight of merchandise exceed 10 pounds, cust will be charged back the exact amount of shipping & handling costs.

You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise
to us. You can request a RA online by sending an email to

Once you have provided us with the appropriate information,
we will contact you by email with an assigned RA number within 48 hours.
The following are our Return Shipment Policies:
- All of our products comes with a full 30 day money
- ALL merchandise purchased, must be inspected upon receipt. Upon receipt of tracking information via email, lost of missing merchandise must be reported within 5 days. We are not responsible for missing merchandise past this time. As access to retrieving and or investigating becomes limited or non-existent.
Any errors, lost or damaged items or exchanges must be reported within 5 days of receipt or lack of receipt, there is a $5.95 reshipping charge for orders less than 2 lbs and over 2 lbs will be calculated. Provide the reason for the return. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for any returned or exchanged merchandise. The shipment tracking
number will be used to determine "date received".
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with
all original packing materials
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer. Products received
freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not
meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping
label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for ten (10)
days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. If you return an item that has been used in anyway, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for the return shipping & handling charges.
Because we process orders in "real time"
and begins fulfillment right after an order is placed, once an order has been
submitted it cannot be changed. Any merchandise ordered and then refused or not picked up from local carrier after we have shipped in good faith, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a restocking fee of $10.00. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges should the customer not provide sufficient information when merchandise is shipped and returned from the carrier as "need apartment #" or incorrect address of any kind. Gifts may be returned within 30 days of the purchase
date in accordance with our Return Policy.

All our products are shipped right in front of your door. You must report missing shipments within 7 days of shipment confirmation and tracking notification. We will not be able to assist you should you report missing shipments after this time.
Get FREE GROUND SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $75 (some restrictions do apply!). Ordering items marked Out of Stock does not qualify for Free shipping over $75. Customers may incur a $10.00 rush fee for speedier rush shipments. If merchandise is returned for a bad address or insufficient address information and we need to reship your merchandise, the customer will be responsible for a reshipment charge. The charge will be a $5.95 or more (weight of merchandise and service area will determine) reshipment charged billed to your account and does not apply to international orders.
Additionally, some overweight or over sized packages may incur an extra shipping & handling charge. Missing shipments must be reposted within 7 days of shipment confirmation and tracking confirmation. Should you report missing shipment after 7 days, we will not be able to assist you.
After your item has been packaged your package will be delivered
via Standard Ground (3 to 8 business days *weekends not included* from the day it leaves our warehouse)
using one of our partner carriers, depending on order value and destination and item availability: FedEx®,
UPS, USPS Priority Mail®, or private Freight Forward for oversize shipping.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping cost to be calculated later, Puerto Rico, Guam and The Virgin Islands shipping cost to be calculated later.
On International Orders - there is a $75 (U.S. Dollars) minimum order
requirement for all international orders, this does not include shipping cost (shipping & handling charge shall not be less than $6.95), nor the insurance cost.
Please remember that shipping & handling and insurance cost may vary by destination, weight, and size of
